What Does Account Deletion Mean?
When you request to delete your account, all data associated with it, including messages, settings, and preferences, will be permanently erased from our systems. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
How to Request Account Deletion
As our app does not currently have an in-app account deletion feature, please submit a request to delete your account by clicking here.
Our support team will contact you shortly to assist with the deletion process. Please note that account deletion typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.
Important Information:
- Permanent Deletion: Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently erased, and this action cannot be undone. Please make sure you’ve backed up any important information before proceeding.
- Effect on Services: Deleting your account will result in the loss of access to all services and data associated with your account.
