Who Gets These Reminders?
SmartCarePlus Order
Medicine ordered via SmartCarePlus App, Website or WhatsApp.
Prescription-Based Order
Order must be based on valid prescription not by medicine name or medicine photos.
Verified Customer
Order must be placed by the customer or, if by a pharmacy, the customer must have previously ordered via SmartCarePlus App, Website or WhatsApp.
How It Works
Customer Places Order
Customers can place prescription-based orders via the SmartCarePlus app, website, or WhatsApp. Orders must be based on valid prescriptions—orders using only medicine names or photos are not eligible for reminders.
Order Confirmation
Once the customer places an order, the pharmacy generates a quote. The customer receives a WhatsApp message with pricing details and can approve or reject the quote. If approved, the order is confirmed and prepared for delivery or pickup. After confirmation, the pharmacy can configure smart medicine dosage reminders for eligible customers.
Pharmacy Sets Reminders
Pharmacies can set personalized dosage reminders based on the prescription. Each reminder includes:
- Medicine Info: Image, Name, Brand
- Form & Route: Tablet, Syrup, Injection, etc.
- Dosage Frequency: Daily, Every Other Day, After Every X Days, or Specific Days of the Week
- Meal Configuration: Before Meal, After Meal, With Meal
- Duration & Start Date
- Doses per Day & Timing
- Custom Dosage per Timing (if applicable)
- Special Instructions
These reminders help ensure the customer stays on track with their treatment plan.
